First, you apply for a duplicate or replacement title from your state DMV. That usually costs a small fee and takes about 1–4 weeks. While you’re waiting, we’ll help you plan towing access so a flatbed truck can reach the vehicle—whether it’s in a tight Capitol Hill alley, a condo garage in Rosslyn, or a driveway in Fairfax. Once the duplicate title is in your hands, you sign it over to us, we schedule your free pickup, and you receive your tax receipt.
How to get your free pickup scheduled
